Irish Tweed Baseball Cap - Made by Hanna Hats of Donegal

£79.00

Bramble Green has long admired the craftmanship of Hanna Hats - one of the last headwear manufacturers left in Ireland. Hanna Hats are a third-generation family business, who specialise in luxury handcrafted headwear and accessories made in beautiful heritage fabrics inspired by the rugged and wild landscape that surrounds them in Donegal.

Their story began with Belfast native David Hanna in the 1920s. David cycled all the way to Donegal to for interview for an apprenticeship as a tailor, thankfully after this long journey he was successful. After a few short years, Mr. Mc Daid the master tailor passed away, David stepped in and that’s when Hanna Hats was established in 1924. After years of making suits, David came to specialise in handcrafted hats and caps, a tradition and legacy his son John, and now his grandchildren, Eleanor and John Patrick proudly continue.

Bramble Green are delighted to share this curated collection of Hanna Hats with you. A timeless, effortlessly cool Baseball Cap in a choice of two beautiful Salt & Pepper tweeds made with 100% pure new wool from Co. Kerry- the perfect cap to elevate your everyday look.
